We are located about 5 miles west of the UofA campus. Our residents also have the advantage of using our shuttle service to and from campus.
Our Resident Life Center is filled with the latest and greatest amenities available for the enjoyment of all residents. On-site management and maintenance is also available in the clubhouse on a daily basis to assist with the needs of your student.
This is a great option for you since each person is responsible for their own portion of the rent and not their roommates.
The Ranch’s staff strives to provide the highest level of service to each and every resident. Weekly and monthly events are planned for the enjoyment of each resident.
In order to reserve an apartment, we require a $300 security deposit (per person) and a $99 application fee (per person). You can reserve an apartment online through this website by clicking the “Apply” tab above.  Feel free to call our leasing office at (520) 445-3403 and a member or our leasing team will be happy to assist you.
A Parental or sponsor Guarantor form must be completed by filling in all the necessary fields including a social security number to process the application. The form must also be signed and notarized. It is required to meet all of the following criteria to qualify as a Guarantor: a gross annual income of $40,000 with continuous employment for one year prior to applying as well as satisfying our credit screening process.
We require that all paperwork including Guarantor documents be returned back to the leasing office no later than 72 hours after submitting the security deposit. All Guarantor documents can be downloaded from our website HERE and returned back to us via fax at (520) 445-3403, mailed to 41 S. Shannon Rd., Tucson, AZ 85745, or dropped off in person to our leasing office during business hours.
You will be notified either by email or phone of your status. If you have received information on being declined and need further information, please contact our leasing team at rspleasing@livehahu.com. If a guarantor is declined, you will pay a full rent installment for the unit applied for.
Unfortunately, crime has no address. No security system, courtesy patrol or electronic device can guarantee complete protection against crime. We do have our own contract courtesy patrol to help monitor the community. However, we ask residents to contact the Tucson Police Department at 520-791-4444 if you see any suspicious activity. As always, you should contact 911 immediately for any emergency or criminal activity you might observe. We ask that you also let us know in the management office if you see any suspicious activity.

While we put forth our best effort for the well-being of our residents, at no time are we able to promise, warrant or guarantee the safety or security of any resident or personal property against the criminal actions of others. Every resident has the responsibility to take care to protect himself/herself and to maintain appropriate insurance to protect their belongings.
